Today, Dr. Berg talks about two different ways we get overweight.  It all boils down to genetics because some people shoot off multiple fat cells on the inside which is called Hyperplasia. They rarely get subcutaneous fat even though the body might look lean. The damage is mainly done deep within the body. The rest of the people get overweight from the fat cell expanding with high insulin 24/7, inflammation, and insulin resistance.
