0:54.6	down. If that's you, if you're looking to make a shift, I have a couple of thoughts for you today.
1:01.4	Here they are. You don't owe anyone the same version of you, including former you. You don't owe anyone the same version of you. This is a
1:15.3	real truth for anyone who feels like they are shape-shifting into something new. You don't owe anybody.
1:24.8	There is no obligation. Where is the contract? Is it in the sky somewhere, in the clouds under a pyramid in Egypt? You don't owe anybody. There is no obligation. Where is the contract? Is it in the sky somewhere,
1:28.5	in the clouds under a pyramid in Egypt? You don't owe anyone the same version of you.
1:37.5	And sometimes you outgrow the version of you who got you where you are today. Maybe you hustled a lot,
1:47.9	maybe you created a lot, maybe you did a million things to get to where you are. And that version of
1:53.9	you that got you here isn't the same version of you that will get you to the next place that you
2:00.8	want to go. Maybe the person who of you that will get you to the next place that you want to go.
2:03.4	Maybe the person who got you here was really brave.
2:06.8	Maybe she was brave.
2:08.2	Maybe he was brave.
2:10.2	But maybe she or he needs to rest now.
