Okay, so this will be a quick episode on the concept of letting go, which is something

I've talked about on this podcast in different ways.

And one of the things with letting go is that I think we can sometimes bully ourselves

into it.

We have a sense that letting go is important, or we see something in our life that we

feel like we should let go of.

We actually create a lot of extra attention for ourselves and not being able to or perceiving

that we're not able to.

And so one just important thing to note about letting go is that we often can't force it.

And so from that perspective, you could really just say that you're letting it let go.

Whatever the part of you that is holding on is you're letting that part let go when

it's ready.

You sort of just create the conditions for it, the permission to, maybe different perspective

shifts that might facilitate it, but at the end of the day, like there's a part that

needs to let go and often that just needs to happen in its own time.

So for now, we'll just say that maybe you don't have to let go, but instead just be honest

that you're holding on and let that be okay, you don't need to avoid it.
