You know one thing that I notice as I get older and more peaceful and less apt to complain,

less apt to criticize anybody or anything, less interested in doing so.

One thing that I'm just noticing more and more is that it's actually quite unpleasant for me to be in a

situation where people are complaining or they're piling on to something bad

that's going on or he's wrong, she's wrong, can you believe this? Like the fury that you see

sometimes in people, I find it harder and harder to relate. And I think that I'm internalizing increasingly this understanding and actually this

stoic philosophy that you don't always have to have an opinion. You don't always have to have

an opinion. And I don't mean a public opinion where you're sharing or tweet on X or you're commenting.

No, no, no, I just mean inside of you.

Things happen in the world and you can have this lovely neutrality to them.

Oh, she's saying that.

Oh, he's hanging out with her.

Oh, these two people are doing this or that.

Okay.

It's not, ooh, that's terrible. Oh, that's amazing. It's

just live and that live. They can do the things. You can do the things. Allow it. Who cares?

It's almost like this. I mean, saying who cares sounds flippant and like whatever. And sometimes

there can even be a bit of anger, I think, attached to a who cares statement. But I mean it in this

lovely, peaceful way. Really, who cares not me? It's okay. I don't have an opinion on that you know there's this text chain that I'm part of

and there was kind of like this gossip about what's going in the world with a certain situation

and I was like oh it's so interesting because there are different points of view and
