Hello, my friends.

I'm recording this very early, very, very early because I have a lot of jet lag from my Japan trip where I think it's a,

I think it's a 13 hour difference, something like that. And sitting down to record for you

feel so exciting. I actually kind of like jet lag in a way. Is anyone with me on this?

There's something nice about, you know, kind of

being up when other people aren't. I feel like it can be a meditative kind of time. It can also

be a bit of a BITCHH, that's for sure. But hey, right, love what you've got. Love what you've got

to work with. You know, as I was flying home, I was thinking of you because when I was

in the airport lounge on the way to fly home, I opened my laptop. I did a check-in on a few things that are

coming up in the next couple of weeks, which is very exciting for me because, you know, I've said

this many times I love my vacation time

as much as I love my day-to-day life and my work. But I will admit, I had this wave of,

oh, boy, yeah, hmm, the things are adding up. I don't mean what commitments those I love and pace. I kind of mean the

social stuff that's happening. Vision board events, dinners with different people, just holiday parties

here and there. Maybe you're receiving more inv receiving more invitations than usual, because like, this

is the season, right? December is the celebration season. I think we have office parties. Some of us have,

you know, even apartment lobby parties, family gatherings, friend get-togethers before the holidays.

And as I looked at what I have ahead of me, I thought to myself,

hmm, I felt the slight feeling of, ooh, it's adding up, it feels like a lot. And then I had this

very strong feeling of saying to myself and now sharing with you, just because it's December, just because it's

the holidays, just because it's the season of goodwill and the season of socializing does not
