Now look, as human beings we are wired for comfort right safety protection

self-preservation is our brain's number one job so change naturally feels scary and uncomfortable and it always will.

As we go through one life change there'll be another change on the horizon and then another and then another.

And that, my friend friend is a beautiful thing. It means just the we're

doing our job as humans it's evolution it's expansion it's growing in new ways. But what I want to reveal to you is that it's not

change itself that scares us, it's the unknown that scares us. Change we can live with if we knew the future was good,
