What up kids? Welcome back to the Jeremy Scott Fitness Podcast Radio Show. Coming to you real quick here on this midweek Wednesday podcast, which is probably the biggest roadblock or barrier of entry we hear from people. And I'm sorry to say this. It's the biggest crock of shit that I hear from anybody. And when I hear it,

0:26.6

I immediately think basically two things. One, you have the worst time management skills of any human on earth or two, you have the worst job and the worst life balance of anybody I know.

0:32.1

And we're talking about you do have time for your health. And I believe this, you guys,

0:36.7

we have time for whatever we make time for in our lives and whatever we truly value, we pour our time into it. Now, I can make every excuse in the world to my wife of why I don't have time to put my clothes in the washer, why I don't have time to do dishes and why I don't have time to mow the lawn. And admittedly, to me, those are low, you know, investment return items and there's other things that would be better

0:38.6

served spending. time to mow the lawn. And admittedly, to me, those are low, you know, investment return items.

0:56.1

And there's other things I'd be better served spending my time on. But in all reality,

1:00.3

do I have time to do all those things? Sure, should I do. There's other things I could do later.

1:04.7

I could move things around. They're just, it's just not convenient for me to do them.

1:08.5

Or I view them as things that aren't worth spending my

1:12.4

time on right then and there and a lot of people view fitness and eating right in maybe meal prep

1:17.4

or tracking macros and mobility and everything around kind of the health you know and fitness

1:23.1

lifestyle they view it as that they don't see the ROI they don't see the ROI. They don't see the return on investment

1:27.9

for them spending their time on training right, eating right, doing the things properly they need

1:33.0

to to be successful every single day. And to me, fitness and health is one of the greatest

1:38.8

gifts you can give yourself, obviously, because without your health, everything else suffers,

1:42.7

and that's the reality. But it's also one of the only things where you can invest such a small amount of physical time and energy into to get such a huge bang for your buck and return on that energy. So meaning spending just 30 minutes per day to be active, I would be awesome if you guys could do 60. But even if it's half an hour every day, and that doesn't got to be, you know, Metcon stuff and heavy loading and a bunch of crazy shit, depending what your goal is. That just means movement. Just moving your body for 30 minutes a day. Now, I'm going to break down for you guys. We have a YouTube video on this. If you want to see the numbers stack up and we actually do the math for you, it's actually a blog as well on the Jeremy Scott Fitness website. So if you guys go on Google right now and you type in, you do have time for your health, Jeremy Scott Fitness. This blog is going to pop up. I have the full written text of it and it has a YouTube video as I walk through this exact thing. But for the sake of the podcast, I thought it would be just as powerful for you guys to hear it. So with that said, 24 hours in a day, or as like we

2:36.2

like to say here at Jeremy Scott Fitness, 86,400 as in 86,400 seconds in the day or 1,440 minutes,

2:43.3

depending on how you guys want to slice it. The biggest issue I hear from people is I don't have time to

2:49.0

work out. Now, I don't know your guys's life and I know

2:53.2

there's people out there who have crazy situations and schedules, but for the most part,

2:58.3

99% of us can fit into the time schedules I'm going to prescribe here for you. For those who say

3:04.8

I don't have time to work out, I can almost promise you you do. Now, here's how your week breaks down. It's math, you guys. And here's the thing. I hate math as a kid. I still think geometry is worthless. Again, you know, please keep telling me how much I need it in my life when I'm doing, you know, when it comes tax season, and I don't know how to do
