What's going on guys? Welcome back at the Jeremy Scott Fitness Podcast and radio show. Coming to you real quick on a Friday here around noon as I'm finishing up a bunch of emails, paperwork, a lot of business stuff through our CMS and different things that I really do dread. But it's the necessary evils that actually let, well, I guess let these shows run and let our businesses run and do the

And it's the concept of your goals matter just as much on Friday night as they do on Monday

But I think a lot of times people in fitness specifically with their eating more so than anything

else is what I've seen over the past decade is they'll eat a certain way, you know, Monday

through Thursday or Monday through Friday even. Most people it's Monday through Thursday,

but money through Friday, let's say. But then Saturday and Sunday comes and it kind of goes to shit. They start making,

you know, bad choices. They start letting, you know, social events and different situations or patterns
