The bots and the trolls and the haters of social media have really

Just become more than I can bear you know I get a lot of spam and

Haters and trolls and bots and all kinds of just mess. It's just junk

It's the wild west of junk and noise out there and while I'll still keep an email box

Tied to my website and while I'll still keep

Social media going Twitter and Facebook. I will I'll do those to a degree
