Summary

This is for the over achievers, the doers and dreamers who accomplish so much but feel like there's so much more to do. You know her well - maybe it's you. Chances are, you're doing better than you know and if anyone is getting in anyone's way it's probably you. It's the self talk, the need to redirect, avoiding the big work that needs to be done because you're overwhelmed and, well, let's be honest: this is the pretty work that makes you successful. But, what if it is? In today's episode, Mary Marantz takes us on a 5 step journey to 1. loving ourselves and actually recognizing who we are to 2. start the process of finding success that's already in our lives so that we 3. don't feel the need to prove it anymore. So good! I'm telling you! Shownotes: behindtheblisspodcast.com/shownotes/172 Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
