Good morning. Welcome back to the Prologs podcast. My name is Mary. Thanks for tuning in. I have exactly 48 minutes before my therapy session starts. So we're going to see how far we get in that

time. What day is today, the day it's going live, July 7th, I believe.

I can't believe the year is almost half over. I saw a TikTok the other day that said as of July 1st,

we are now officially closer to 2050 than 2000. I have not made peace with that yet by any means.

So I'm freaking out about that. I also feel like I put so much time

and mental energy into starting my year off on a really strong foot that it has not even come

close to processing to me that the year is already half over. I genuinely, I know people say this all

the time and I know we say all the time that, you know, every year goes by faster and faster because the older you get the smaller one year is in like the grand scheme of your

whole life, et cetera, et cetera. I know this is nothing new, but oh my God, I cannot believe that

2025 is half over. I'm recording this on July 4th, actually, which,

ugh, I just, you know, you know, you already know.

We don't even have to get into it.

So many mixed feelings, so many complicated emotions.

I have taken this as an excuse to take the day off, though.
