Hello and welcome. My name is Mary and I'm the host of Prologs, a lifestyle podcast where each episode is like a digital journal entry

0:21.0

detailing whatever it is I'm going through in life at the moment.

0:24.1

I talk about my journey with mental health, relationships, wellness, beauty, personal development,

0:28.9

and more. So join me every Monday morning for a reminder that we're all still figuring out life

0:34.1

for the first time and you are still in the beginning of your personal story.

0:47.7

Good morning, you guys. Welcome back to the podcast. I must apologize for my voice if it sounds a little off. The pollen in Edinburgh has been insane lately and I went to a music festival last night and so

0:52.6

I was just outside for hours and hours so

0:55.2

I try everything because I feel like my sinuses are always causing me issues. Nothing's really been

1:24.8

working this morning. So I apologize if I don't sound like my normal self.

1:28.9

I wish that my voice was deep like this all the time because I love a deep voice on a woman,

1:33.9

but I think it's just because I was screaming my head off at Transmit yesterday.

1:39.1

Welcome back to the podcast. I'm in this zone of trying to get my life together and figure out what I'm doing.

1:46.1

My parents left a couple of days ago. And so this is the first weekend in eight weeks, just over

1:52.0

eight weeks, that Matt and I are both home at the same time and we don't have any guests

1:56.5

or plans really. Like we obviously had the music festival last night but it is saturday morning and

2:01.2

today and tomorrow we don't have plans this hasn't happened in over two months and it just feels so

2:08.0

lovely like i really miss my parents already they weren't ready to go home which is unusual because

2:13.4

they're usually like such home bodies and they're always ready to get back to their own bed at the end of a trip. But my mom was like, you know, like I'm having a good time. I don't
