Hello my friends I'm so thankful I'm so thankful we get to dive into the

word of God today together you and I and it's just a wonderful opportunity for us to do this every single day of our lives

to avail ourselves of the word of God.

You know, I've thought about this many times, that it is spiritual suicide for us to neglect the word of God

because it is our very life when it comes to understanding how to live rightly in the world that we're in. There's all kinds of opportunity every day for us to blow it.

For us to live out that Roman 7 struggle, again, of wanting to do right but do we wrong in our actual actions.

And the word of God is what fills us with the truth that enables us to overcome.

So my friends, thank you for being here.

Thank you for taking this seriously.

I ask that you would pray with me right now

as we dive into Romans chapter 8.

Lord Jesus, thank you for the truths, Romans 8,

fill us up with truth today,

so that we can be filled up with your power

for living in this world.

Amen.

All right, Romans 8, I'm going to read verses one through four, which some of it is a review from previous episodes.

But then we're going to dig into the very end of it right there in verse 4.

He says, there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

For the law of the Spirit of Life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and

death.

For God has done what the law and death. For God has done what the law weakened by the flesh could not do.
