Summary
Romans 8:1-4 - There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. 3 For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

| 0:39.2 | The power and the love and the majesty of what he's done for us |

| 0:44.3 | It just drenches us to the bone, |
| 0:46.0 | the moment that we step in it. |
| 0:47.8 | And here's the great news. |
| 0:49.4 | We are always in that downpour. |
| 0:52.2 | Do you recognize that? We've been looking at Romans chapter 8 and Romans 8 is like a downpour. |
| 0:59.0 | It just keeps loading truth upon truth upon truth into our minds and my friends that's what we need. |
| 1:07.9 | That's why we do this morning mindset is because we need our minds to be flooded with God's truth, to be overwhelmed with His |
| 1:17.0 | majesty and His graciousness so that we can live out of that place, |
| 1:23.0 | the place of confidence in what he's done. |
| 1:25.0 | And Romans 8 begins with a statement that we looked at in the last episode. |
| 1:30.0 | That is one of the most confident statements in the New Testament in my opinion. |
| 1:35.0 | Paul says, there is therefore, because of everything he's described that Jesus has done, |
| 1:40.0 | there is therefore now, tense no condemnation for those who are in Christ |
