I was back in England for three weeks and then I've now got a six week trip in Australia.

And honestly, I'm just buzzing. Like, I'm so, so happy. And today I want to give a positivity podcast episode.

You guys had quite a few questions and just things that you wanted me to talk about.

1:51.4

questioning my life or whether I'm not good enough or who I am. And I think that's a really,

1:57.1

really important thing. And my perception of why we actually need bad days is because

2:05.1

they are such a learning experience. Like without them, we cannot learn more about ourselves.

2:14.4

There is a reason why we felt overwhelmed or pressure or something triggered
