All right, here I am on another impromptu podcast episode. It seems like I'm starting to do these

after a workout or on a walk. It's always the one of the two. So today I have been particularly

thinking about how our reactions to situations matter so much.

It is so easy to just let your mind go wild when something is not going your way,

when someone is bothering you, when a situation is just not happening or unfolding in the way that you want.

And I have to catch myself today. And this workout that I just did, by the way, because I'm

currently in my workout room laying on my mat thinking, damn, haven't released one of these

in over a week so

i'm feeling slightly inspired might as well pick up my phone but uh yeah so this was a situation

today that had kept coming up and it it was something that well long, long story short, I'm in the process of suing a company.

I'm not going to get into the details now.

I think I might do some sort of like LinkedIn post on it soon.

I never really post on there, but I feel like I need to share this story because I was,

you know, I'm not going to get into it, actually.

That's not what this podcast is about.

But anyways, this situation has been weighing on me because there is a trial date coming up

and I've decided to go ahead with it and yeah you know it's new

it's scary it's costly but I had to really connect with myself on like why I'm doing this and

essentially today it's just kind of it's this thing's been going on for years.

And I kind of just have had it in the background, kind of forgotten about it, just let the lawyers

do what they needed to do. And yeah, so it's been kind of like, you know, brought up again

since the trial is coming up. We have more work to do on that.
