Summary
What's louder this morning?
The Silence,
or the thoughts?
If your thoughts are louder,
notice that by Grace,
they're now turning into your Mantra.
Whereas before they may have been saying, 'I am sleepy',
or, ' am worried',
now they're saying, 'Yes'.
Yes,
or Yeshua,
or Hari,
or Ram,
or thank you, Father.
Whenever you notice thoughts are louder than Silence,
from this day forward you will notice that they are your Mantra.
They will become your Mantra as soon as you notice them,
as soon as you hear them, as soon as you catch yourself thinking,
you begin chanting,
you begin singing.
You become only Love, again.
I Love You
I Am You

"On the days when your trauma is louder than your love,
just remember you are more than what has hurt you." -@KyleHulehanWrites
"When an enlightened being speaks. every word is YES. When they think, every thought is YES. When they act, every action is YES. And now as we stand together on this bridge preparing for this final step, I see this YES moving through you, acting as you motivate every movement of your soul This is the only thing you need to know, not with your conscious mind, for it will never be able to grasp what I am saying to you now But there is a place that has been prepared and you have been breathing life into this place from all the other lessons and thoughts we have shared. From this place will your YES awaken, and then you will fully grasp what I am saying to you." -James Twyman
"...The third name here, Hare, is the vocative form of Hari, "he who steals our hearts." When the Lord sent us into this world, he stole our heart and then looked about for a suitable place to hide with it. "If I hide on the highest mountain," he said, "people will climb it and find me. If I hide in the atom, they will split it and find me. If I hide in the stars, they will spy me out with their tele-scopes." So the Lord hid in the last place we would ever look - in the depths of our own consciousness. We all hear his call, we are all looking for him, but most of us don't know where to look. We go to Reno thinking he might be there; we look in the kitchen, in the bar, in the library, in the bank, in our music collection. But the Lord has stolen our heart, and we will never find lasting fulfillment in any of these places; we will find what we are really looking for only in the depths of our own consciousness, in the kingdom of heaven within.- Eknath Eshwarn
"You have to be there before you can say 'I am', the 'I am' is the root of all appearance. The 'I am' came first, it's ever present, ever available, refuse all thoughts except 'I am', stay there. Consistently and with perseverance separate the 'I am' from 'this' or 'that' just keep in mind the feeling 'I am' Only the 'I am' is certain, it's impersonal, all knowledge stems from it, it's the root, hold on to it and let all else go. Give all your attention to the 'I am' which is timeless presence, the 'I am' applies to all, come back to it repeatedly. Hold on to the 'I am' to the exclusion of everything else, the 'I am' in movement creates the world, the 'I am' at peace becomes the Absolute. Immortality is freedom from the feeling 'I am', to have that freedom remain in the sense 'I am' it's simple, it's crude, yet it works! The 'I am' has brought you in, the ' am' will take you out, the 'I am' is the door, stay at it! It's open! The beginning and the end of knowledge is the 'I am', be attentive to the 'I am' once you understand it, you are apart from it." - Nisargadatta Maharaj

| 0:00.0 | Good morning. |
| 0:29.3 | God morning to you. What's louder this morning? |
| 0:38.6 | The silence or your thoughts? |
| 0:46.5 | If your thoughts are louder, notice that by grace they're now turning into your mantra. |
| 0:52.3 | Or as before they may have been saying, I am sleepy, or I am worried now they're saying, yes, yes, or yeshua, or harry, or rom, or thank you father, thank you father, whenever you notice thoughts are louder than silence. |
| 1:20.3 | From this day forward you will notice that they are your mantra. They will become your mantra as soon as you notice them. As soon as you hear them as soon as you catch yourself, thinking, you begin chanting, you begin singing, I saw a video I shared yesterday on Instagram, or Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said if you can't stop worrying, sing your worries, the singing stops the worry, it moves the worry, |
| 1:50.3 | out of the mind, it smiles the face, it brings things back into perspective. Calhula and said on the days when your trauma is louder than your love, just remember you are more than what has hurt you, you are more, say I am more, I am more, but like me Sargatatsama Haraj says you have to be there before you can say I am. |
| 2:18.7 | The I am is the root of all appearance, the I am comes first, it came first, it's ever present, it's ever available, and you have to refuse all thoughts except I am and stay there, and then consistently and with perseverance you separate the I am from this Sargat, from that body, from that mind, from the word more, just I am. |
| 2:45.7 | Just the feeling, I am before the thought, before the words I am, just the presence, just the silence, that's aware of itself, that's aware of these words. Only the I am is certain, that's impersonal, and he said hold on to it and let all else go, give all your attention to this feeling I am, which is timeless, to the exclusion of everything else, the I am. |
| 3:15.7 | The movement creates the world, the I am at peace becomes the absolute, the I am has brought you in, the I am will take you out, the I am is the door, stay at it, it's open, but silence is the opening, it's the way you leave the door ajar, and that sound in the silence, the sound of the silence is the door opening wider. |
| 3:45.7 | Creaking open further, so you can see there's nothing to be afraid of, you're the light you have to step in, it looks dark until you step in, until you open your eyes and recognize that you're in, that there is no out, that there is no other, that there is no you, no coming and going, as ever happened. |
| 4:10.7 | Sultra Mirpoche said it's like when you rub two sticks together and produce a fire, a fire didn't come from anywhere and it didn't go to anywhere, doesn't leave when it dies out, a fire is empty of coming and going that body, those thoughts are empty of coming and going, that's how the mantra works, it reveals that, it leaves you in this place where there is no coming and going, there's just pure presence, silent knowing. |
| 4:40.7 | I've been stuck on that mantra harry since the peacock incident, actually just because of the joy, it's so easily accessible, when I'm chanting that, when I'm singing it, it's stuck in my head now. |
| 4:54.7 | I guess that I chant the harry, Krishna harry, Ram mantra, my 16 rounds in the morning, but even when I'm chanting that, I'm feeling harry bowl inside, sometimes swaying, sometimes smiling, sometimes clapping, I have my beads and bullpins, I think I posted a video on Patreon a while back and just like little claps of joy and rocking, so thankful for that. |
| 5:21.7 | Ishwaran said, harry is a name for God, that means he who stills our hearts, said when the Lord sent us into this world, he stole our heart and then looked about for a suitable place to hide with it, saying, if I hide on the highest mountain, people will climb in and find me, if I hide in the atom, they will split it and find me, if I hide in the stars, they will spy me out with their telescopes. |
| 5:47.7 | So the Lord hid in the last place we would ever look in the depths of our own consciousness, and we all hear his call, we're all looking for him, but most of us don't know where to look. |
| 6:00.7 | How to look? Ishwaran said, we go to Reno thinking he might be there, we look in the kitchen, in the bar, in the library, in the bank, in our music collection, I'm guilty of that one, but the Lord has stolen our heart, |
| 6:15.7 | and we will never find lasting fulfillment in any of these places we will find what we are looking for only in the depths of our own consciousness, in the kingdom of heaven within, and the key to that kingdom of recognizing that kingdom is a practice that you don't give up. |
| 6:33.7 | And the past, when things would get busy, would get hectic, my chanting would be the first thing to fall to the wayside. |
| 6:40.7 | I say, if you miss a day, you can chant what you didn't chant the day before on the next day, but you know how that goes. |
| 6:46.7 | And the next time you look up, it's been a week, or a month or two months. |
| 6:50.7 | Ananda Maima said, make up your mind to never abandon your practice, aiming at that until you have reached your goal. |
