Hi, my name is Pete Scuzeiro. I want to welcome you today to the emotionally healthy leader podcast.

Now, everything rises and falls on leadership. That's why we're doing this podcast. I want to try something a bit different today.

And there's a message I want to bring to you that I come across over and over again, and that is that leaders who are not believing

or not seeing their unique, God-given potential, and therefore are reluctant to take risks,

step out and try something new, be innovative, creative, and follow that prompting of the spirit

that's uniquely coming out of

their person. You may be one of those people today and tend to err on the negative aspects of

our brokenness and weakness, which is all true. So at one end, we're broken and weak. That is absolutely

true. On the other end, we're absolutely amazing and incredible people as well. And so I want to invite you to sit back or as you're walking or in your car,

wherever you may be today. So listen to this message that I gave at New Life Fellowship based

on 1st Corinthians 12 that's actually entitled, You Are Incredible. And I invite you to hear it

as a word from God for you that may prompt or light a flame

for you visions and dreams that God has placed inside of you or new initiatives that he may be

inviting you to take at this time in your ministry or in your leadership. Take it away.

You've got a Bible. I want to invite you to turn with me to 1 Corinthians 12. The title of

our message today is simply incredible. All right. Incredible. Okay, if you need a Bible,

raise your hands. We're in 1st Corinthians chapter 12. I want to begin with a story, a true story, about Paul Potts from Wales in the United

Kingdom. Paul's father was a bus driver, his mother was a cashier at a supermarket in the

neighborhood. Paul being a bit pudgy growing up, was bullied a lot at school growing up.

So he struggled when he talks about crushing lack of self-confidence, his whole life.

So for most of his life, he talks about it, he just felt very insignificant, he says,
