Hey you guys, welcome to another episode. We are going to talk about so much stuff today. I feel like

I'm just dying to get into this topic because I love self-motivation.

I love, honestly, I just love the storytelling of like podcasts where you don't feel like alone and

you can hear what someone else has gone through and hopefully, you know, if it's a really good one,

you'll get a little education, you'll get a little validation, you you'll get some motivation I feel like I'm rhyming now and so today I want to talk

about trauma I want to talk about overcoming things I want to talk about therapy I want to talk

about coaching and let's just get into all of it so look I am definitely not trying to be like traumatic when I say this, but I want you to

fully understand what I'm about to tell you is that some of the things that you've gone

through have been extremely hard and painful.

I swear, looking back, I didn't even realize just how crazy some of the

things that I had been through were until, honestly, until like years later, when I could

just come up for air and look at the situation from a different viewpoint. And that's when it kind of

hit me where I was like, that was not normal that wasn't

okay and the sad part is it's actually normal it's it's not normal in the sense that it's okay

it's normal in the sense that it happens so often it happens a lot that people witness their parents fighting a lot and not getting along.

It happens often that people come from a divorced family or parents that are still together

and there's literally no love. There's no love. There's no romance. There's no flirting.

There's no good times. All you're seeing is two people

just living and completely detached from themselves or each other. It happens so often that

as kids, we just witness things that we probably shouldn't see. And it's not about kind of

sheltering our kids to like not be exposed to

real life because I don't think that that's just even reality. I think it's more about when kids
