Hello my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset.

It is time once again for you and me to get our minds aligned with the truth of God that

we find in the Scriptures.

Today we are looking at Romans chapter 15, verse number 14.

The Apostle Paul has been explaining to us how the Lord has done his great work in us

through giving us joy and peace in our belief.

But through that the power of the Holy Spirit enables us to abound in hope.

And Paul was expressing these things to his rears in the form of a prayer, he was revealing

to them something he prays for them.

And then here in verse 14, he reveals what he thinks about them, how he assesses their

faith.

And he says, I myself am satisfied about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full

of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able to instruct one another.

Now let's stop here for a moment and consider this situation.

The Apostle Paul had spent much time in the Scripture, he had spent much time in the presence

of God learning the ramifications of the gospel and learning the effect that it has in

our lives.

And as he is looking at these believers in the city of Rome, these believers he has never

met in person and is listening to the testimonies he's heard about their faith.

He doesn't really know all that much if you think about it, he's not had the opportunity

to have conversations with them, he's not had the opportunity to spend time in their homes,

he's not had time to worship with them yet from what he's heard and from what he knows

...
