You know, at the end of last episode, I talked about we're going to look at some relationship

And when you first hear that, we're going to look at your relationship hangups. You might think, well, is this me and women?

Is this me and my friends? This is maybe even me and my family? But before we even look at any of that

stuff, we got to go down to the most fundamental, important, biggest relationship in your life.

And that is a relationship between you and you.

And it's a relationship that you might not even really consider a relationship. You might not

even pay much attention to it. You might even think, relationship with me, that's weird,

I am me. How could I have a relationship with me? And that's often how we operate in our day-to-day life.

Even though it's the most important relationship in our lives, we tend to be focused

outwards.

We're focused on what the next thing is going to be, how that person is going to respond to us,

if we succeeded or failed.

We're focused very externally, and we often don't focus on the relationship that we have

with ourselves. But that doesn't mean that we're not affected and strongly impacted by that relationship.
