Well, I've seen, you sure, people have heard me on the show.

I help, I help with production.

I have my own show, East is a podcast.

And I've been wanting to do this episode for a while.

It's like, I remember when it happened.

I was like 13 or so when it happened, when they committed suicide.

And I remember it like really clearly.

And then I watched this doc that we've all watched, this HBO doc, which is pretty good,

like at least as far as like HBO docs go.

But and yeah, we want to talk about it.

So yeah, I'm excited to do this.

And yeah, background, I guess, info, I was not even born at the time of this. So I feel like very

recently, I think it was a Deadpool movie or something that came up where they made mentions of the

Heavens Gate. I think it's Deadpool, too. And it didn't even click at the time. I feel like this

was kind of tucked away in a corner of my mind, along with like all the Jones Town, like all the

kind of cult phenoms of like the late 90s, mid 90s, like 2000s-ish.
