Hi everyone. Welcome to another episode of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. I want to start this episode by giving you a personal update because it directly ties into the context and relevance of this episode. If you are a long-term listener of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast, you know I do three different things. I have three full-time jobs. The first one is my

yoga studio, Aham Yoga. It is my 12-year-old child. I teach five to six days a week given what season

we are in. I also operate, manage, market the studio. I do have admin support and some teachers,

but it is a full-scale yoga studio.

So that keeps my plate pretty full. It is my real full-time job. My second studio is my

Bollywood Dance Studio called Bollyworks. I have 22 years of professional Bollywood Dance

experience at this point. I used to work with a

very well-known dance company when I lived in India and I trained as an instructor. We traveled the

world and performed with Bollywood celebrities. I also was a show manager and production assistant

there. So I do have extensive stage show production skills.

Now, post-pandemic, I had stopped my shows because it's a lot.

It's a lot of work to get a full-scale show from scratch on stage.

But our previous show was so mind-blowing in many ways that my students chased me for five years.

And I'm not making that timeline up. They literally chased me for five years until I gave up.

And we're doing another show on May 31st of this year. We have over 110 performers. And I am the creative director of the show. So there's

choreography, there's costumes, lighting, stage work, managing the edits, creating the edits. There's so

much that goes into stage production. Now, while I enjoy it, it is a lot of work. So that's my second job.

The third thing I do is I create online yoga education content for yoga teachers through my online trainings.
