I want to start this episode with a little story. Back in the day, when I first started teaching yoga classes,

0:16.5

I used to have these little pamphlets and posters that were printed.

0:21.6

And we would go and put them in the local park.

0:25.1

There was this small park somewhere behind my house in India, behind my parents' house.

0:30.4

Because I used to live with my parents back then.

0:32.2

And we would go and stick these posters, literally one or two posters across a mile and hope that people who were

1:18.9

1:24.7

directly ties into the conversation we're having today. On the show today, we have

1:29.0

Alexandria Crow, who has been on the Let's Talk Yoga podcast before. We talk about marketing and

1:35.2

visibility for yoga teachers. We do talk about social media and how the barrier of entry is,

1:42.0

is so low, it's non-existent.

1:48.5

Today, it is so easy to put yourself out there on this digital bulletin board.

1:50.6

Yet yoga teachers, we struggle.

1:56.9

So we talk about yoga and yoga teachers and the medium of social media and marketing. We get into how to change our mindset around it, how to live the yoga authentically while learning this medium.
