Please visit our website at audioderma.org. So to say a few words about the practice, One of the words that brings me a lot of joy and delight I say it

associate or use as part of the practice

is the word yes.

And sometimes I say it to myself, quietly, calmly, in meditation.

And it's used for anything that's happening.

Yes.

Yes. Whatever it might be, yes. And it's not meant to be

agreeing with anything. It's not meant to be acquiescing or accepting things as they

are, like, oh, that's good, you know. But what it is, it's a yes to being aware.

Yes, this too I can practice with.

And I've come to values,

the invaluable to meet everything in life as part of practice. Everything is practice.

Everything is one more thing to be aware of, one more thing to find our way in the

darma with, one more thing to, is a mirror for how am I reacting? What am I thinking? What is my attitude? What's my

what's coming into play as I'm encountering anything at all. And sometimes there's resistance, sometimes there's judgment, sometimes there's all kinds of things that go on.

But when I say yes, it reminds me, yes, just be with this in an open way. Yes, just recognize this, be with this,

be with this moment as it is, and then after that yes, then decide what to do next.

If the building is burning down, then I'll get an extinguisher to, you

know, I'll do something. If my knee hurts too much, I say yes this too and then I I think I should today I think I should move it

it doesn't get injured.
