I honestly didn't know that it was going to end up being true crime when I launched it.

Why don't I like true crime?

Well, I like some true crime in the sense that I like a puzzle.

I like to figure things out i like to understand things

but for the most part i don't like it because it's depressing um but i'm not knocking anybody else

who does get something out of it in fact from what i found my theory on the people that do like

true crime and it's more women than men

is that they tend to be more empathetic than the normal person and you say like how could an empathetic

person get something out of somebody else's misery but I think they do I think bond, and I don't mean that in a bad way.

I think it's a good thing. I think that they bond with the victims. And that also makes

that so that does in a way kind of keep the victims alive in some way. And it enhances their

own compassion and their own sense of justice.

So I think it's a good thing that people are interested in this.

I'm just not. It makes me feel kind of yucky, so I'd rather watch a movie or old episodes of

Seinfeld or whatever. But once they go down a path of trying to solve something, then it's a little different because it engages the intellectual side of my mind.

So I prefer the unsolved cases because it's something you can maybe look a little, kind of zoom out a little bit when it comes to looking at the victims and zoom in and try to look at the evidence.
