Well, before we dive in, I just want to reiterate something that Scott mentioned way back in our marriage series, if you all remember that.

Believe it or not, our time with John Weiss is coming to a close in his role as our senior

minister. So as you're starting to fill out your calendars for 2026, go ahead and mark off

next Sunday, January the 4th. That will be his final message as our senior minister.

And we just want to make sure we honor and celebrate him really, really well, which he's going to absolutely hate, if you know,

John. He's probably one of the most humble people you would ever meet. So this is one of those

situations where we ask for forgiveness and not for permission. But go ahead and mark your calendars for

next Sunday. And I hope you'll join us from whatever campus you regularly attend.

Well, believe it or not, we are just a few days away from closing out 2025.

And I'm not sure about you all, but I feel like this year is absolutely flown by, which

now I feel like I say every single year.

Every year feels like it goes by faster and faster and faster.

But I still vividly remember where I was at

around this time last year when my wife and I were sitting in our bed and kind of praying and

planning and processing what we thought God had in store for us as a family as we were looking

ahead to this year but probably the moment this reality settled in for me personally was just a couple
