Let's go. Hello and welcome to another episode of the Emma Gunn Show. I am your host,

0:13.1

Emma Gunnaradner, and I'm delighted, delighted to have you with me. It's the last episode of the year.

0:20.2

It's the last episode of 2018. Well,

0:22.3

the last Sunday episode, there may be a bonus on its way. What can I tell you? It's been an

0:28.1

amazing year. It's been fabulous. I've just been going through my guests that have been on

0:34.7

the show, the topics that we've discovered. Oh my goodness, 26 habits.

0:38.9

And wow, did I have a moment? What a fantastic year. I'm so delighted that we've been able to cram

1:19.3

then looking ahead to 2019 because there are some exciting things afoot and I would really like your

1:25.1

input on that. I'd really like you to be involved. So we've had some

1:30.1

great guess as I said and it's that all of the episodes will be a few clicks away for you to

1:36.3

listen to. And as much as there are amazing snippets from people like Alison Hogg, the CEO of Vita

1:42.6

Liberata, Lisa Snowden television presenter, Sam Chapman.

1:46.5

That has been one of my most downloaded episodes, the conversation we had about depression and anxiety and mental health.

1:54.5

They actually, the best of them is sitting and listening or whatever, running, walking, whatever you might be doing, enjoying them in their entirety.

2:03.1

So I hope you don't feel like that's the wrong decision that I made.

2:07.7

I just feel like all of those shows will be a couple of clicks away.
