Hello, everybody. Welcome to our Royal Rumble post show. It's John Pollock and waiting

0:07.0

lots to get into from tonight's show from the Alamo Dome. And we will be getting to

0:12.1

you as well for patrons that are out there. You will have the ability to call in afterwards.

0:17.3

But overall way, your impressions of this year's Royal Rumble.

0:21.3

The show overall, I thought was certainly a mixed bag. You know, we're strictly talking

0:26.5

about the centerpieces of these sort of shows. And that's the Rumble matches. I think

0:30.6

they got to their destinations perfectly fine. You know, for both matches, I think they

0:35.0

were highlighted by whether it was the final two or the final three whenever that took place.

0:40.2

And I think coming out of those matches, the results are great. But the body of both

0:46.3

of the matches in particular with the women, I think you could certainly be critical of.

0:50.1

And then the body of this show, I think you could certainly be very critical of in between

0:54.2

as we will get to. But when we talk about the finishes of those rumbles, I left very

0:58.9

satisfied. And when we talk about the end of this show, I could not imagine a more satisfactory

1:06.4

ending to that particular match. And at least, you know, this major crossroads end of

1:13.4

a big chapter of the semi-zane Roman reigns, Kevin Owen's story.

1:17.6

The angle was phenomenal. The angle was, I think among among the best you have seen in

1:22.6

WWE in history. It's up there. It was a tremendous, tremendous angle. And coming out of it,

1:31.0

like you look at where this gets you to WrestleMania as well, because what you did tonight to

1:38.5

me was, yeah, among the biggest angles in company history, just in terms of effectiveness

1:44.5

and the satisfaction of seeing how much of buildup had been behind this and the reaction

1:51.2

to that chair shot. And then everything, the visual at the end, all of it was done so tremendously

1:57.6

well. You have J. Uso that really the J. Uso element is a two and a half year story itself
