Tonight, there was a very scary situation that unfolded on Monday night football.

During Monday night Raw, tonight, it was hard to pay attention to what was going on,

just the constant flipping back and forth between the two shows.

And to see what happened, it's very scary, it's a very scary situation.

And there have been situations in pro wrestling over the years that have been scary in a very

similar way. For those of you who are not aware, and I'm sure if you're on the social

media, you probably heard about this if you weren't actually watching the game at the time.

But there was a player, Demar Hamlin, who took a hit. It didn't seem like anything out

of the ordinary and got up from that hit and then promptly fell backwards and collapsed.

And the last update that we have on him and to put things in perspective as far as how

serious a situation it is, you have a Monday night football game, a very important Monday

night football game that was suspended. They did not play anymore after that. It took

a while and good on the NFL for that. But there was no other decision to make.

But they ended the game and they're going to have to work that out. Obviously, that's

not the most important thing right now. But the last update was on him is that he is

in critical, he was intubated and he is in critical condition. And it would be an awful

situation no matter who it is. But you have this kid who's 24 years old, his mother is

in the crowd watching him play. And then for something like that to happen, it's a very,

very scary situation. And to be perfectly honest with you, when you see all the players

in the field crowding around him in the way that they were, they were performing hardcore

CPR on this kid. And the first thing that it reminded me of was Missawa. I believe it

was back in 2009 when he took a move in the ring that just didn't seem like anything
