This evening we are continuing with Wuthering Heights.

But first, let's take a minute here to calm our minds and relax into our story.

Creating a quiet whisper in the back of your throat like the sea drawing in.

Inhale through your nose and exhale with that same whisper,

like a gentle wave rolling back across the sand.

Let your breath find its rhythm, the pull of the tide, the hush between the waves, and with each inhale draw in calm and with each exhale let go of worry

imagine yourself lying by the shore, the ocean breathing with you, stars glittering above, each wave carries you deeper into stillness.
