Tonight we are continuing with Wuthering Heights.

But first, let's take a moment to relax.

Begin with a slow inhale, lifting through the chest, and exhale letting your shoulders move away from your ears

feel your back broaden your arms loosen your hands soften against your sheets let the breath move through you like a ripple

chest to ribs to, slowly and rhythmically.

With every wave of breath, imagine your body unfolding, a slow unfurling into comfort,

until you're open, relaxed, and deeply at ease.

Kathy told her father of the visit to Wuthering Heights the next morning, and he went on to explain the wicked

things Heathcliff had done. He made her promise she would cut ties with the inhabitants of the

heights. But when Ellen came to her in the evening, she begged to be able to write a letter to Linton.

When Ellen forbid it, Kathy did it anyway, transporting the note via the milk boy,

and the correspondence continued unnoticed for weeks.

Eventually, Ellen found bundles of love letters hidden in a drawer,

and when Kathy found them missing the next day,

Ellen threatened to show them to her papa.

Kathy begged she burned them instead and promised to cease all correspondence in future.
