Take a slow breath in and as you exhale, imagine moon night spilling softly across your body.

Cool, silver and kind.

Let it wash over your forehead, your cheeks and your jaw, loosening all the tension you've been holding there.

Feel it glide down your neck and shoulders, melting any stiffness and softening the edges.

With every breath, keep letting that moonlight move through you,

down your chest, your belly, your legs, until your whole body feels quiet,

glowing and weightless beneath the night sky.
