First one of the new year.

So new coach, new coaching staff and a roster

retention effort that has under the circumstances been going really, really well. I don't

think I'm overstating it when I say, boy, you've landed the majority of your, of your top guys,

you couldn't have expected for them to do a lot better than they have done thus far,

joining me to reflect and to project based on this new regime being here.
