Now this is a topic that was spurred on by Shannon.

He I guess had a couple of emails that were talking about how accurate do things

need to be, how much do you really worry about measuring to a particular number, and we thought

this would make a great thing for us to just kind of hash out, share ideas back and forth and discuss how each of us deals with this type of thing.

So Shannon, I don't know if you want to say anything at the outset on the inspiration for this and where we're going to go. When have we ever not wanted to say something

that's true you had exactly did a potty break let me know what it's back

it should be kind of clear and say I got one email that was kind of one of those like straw

that broke the camel's back and I mean no disrespect to the email or it was just

like man I have answered this so many times there's a lot of people who are kind of struggling with this.
