office you've ever seen. How are you today Karen? I'm doing great. How are you Sunny?

I'm doing so good. Hey, before we get to today's topic, we actually have a special

guest joining us today so Karen would you

introduce who we have with us today I would love to do that we have Rachel

Holcomb she is a dear friend of mine we met at North Point we worked there together back in 2000, year 2000, so we've known each other for 16 years.

We've done a lot of life together, haven't we raised?

We have.

Yeah, I worked on the same team and for years and she's just a dear friend and she's full of wisdom and she's a counselor. That's her claim to fame

And I've actually known Rachel for several years and I know personally that she has a lot of wisdom to share about today's topic.
