Today's a really fun day because we have a special guest with us today

Karen want you to tell everybody who we have. Yes we have Holly Godard the beautiful

Holly Godard I wish her right to say her. It really is.

Holly is she is on staff at North Point Community Church and she is the Wombeland director and has been there for five years

We were just talking that she came on north at North Point 2011 and that's the year I left

So we were like ships passing in the night.

That's right, yeah.

Well, Holly is here because we have a very great topic to talk about today.

This is something that I know I struggled with, I'd still struggle with off and on.

So Karen, why don't you tell us what we're talking about today?

Absolutely.
