Anthony Milan Ross in Arizona. So let's get started. The case of Washington State Patrol trooper

Christopher Gadd's death landed on my radar while I was researching a different case. And although

it was settled a few months back, I still

wanted to bring it to you. Not because the story of his death was, you know, that outrageous,

because being a state trooper is dangerous, especially during the act of pulling someone over

or patrolling on a highway. But what really drew me was the opening statement by the defense attorney

in the trial for Trooper Gad's death. I was shocked by the claims of defense attorney Emily Hancock

that occurred last year at trial, and so I just had to bring it to you today, mostly to say,

we have to stop claiming intentional actions are mere accidents.

So who is Christopher Gad? Christopher was a local kid. Born in 1996, he grew up in the Kent
