| 0:59.0 | I encourage you to tune into that and see if it will offer you support for this glorious, |
| 1:08.0 | beautiful spring of 2026. As so many of you know, I try to do seasonal resolutions. |
| 1:16.3 | In the winter, I don't make huge moves. I am like a little brown bear who is very interested in being cozy and making soups and clearing and cleaning and not |

| 2:45.3 | energy. I start to play with a little quicker pace, especially because we are in this firehorse year, |
| 2:55.3 | especially because I know, I knew, I know, I know, I knew that this was going to be an |
| 3:01.8 | incredibly, incredibly, incredibly, incredibly fast moving year. And it is. Can you even believe that we're at springtime? Can you even believe we're at the third month of the year? I mean, I can, but I can't. Like, the pace feels different. And this is also the time where if you haven't created a grounding practice, an anchoring practice, now is a great time to do so. |
| 3:28.9 | And my favorite tool to do so is when I created, and it's called Many Moons. |
