these very uncertain, very chaotic and heartbreaking times. I'm here. I'm here with you right now, right here, in all the complexity and the

chaos. I'm here. And today I am bringing you a very special little gift from my heart to yours. If you are just tuning in today

for the first time, hi, my name is Sarah and I am an artist and founder of the Moon Studio. We are a creative company. We help people trust themselves.

We help folks understand their intuition so that they can create beautiful, meaningful lives. And we use frameworks that are both spiritual

and, I don't know, mundane, science-y, spiritual science tested,

we use a whole range of frameworks

because I have found that it isn't just one thing

that helps us change and grow.

It is a more intersectional, interdisciplinary approach. And so we create courses for

creatives and sensitives to help them in their world in all ways, to help them grow their intuition, to help them create things that they want to see in the

world, to help them deepen their spiritual practice, and to help them become and stay inspired because that is what the world needs. We need more liberated,

creative, sensitive, compassionate people who have access to their agency because they have more clarity and more

capacity. And so that's my goal with all of our courses and our classes. And we also create

beautiful publications, ritual objects that are very, very carefully made and considered.

So this podcast is like a branch of the tree that is the moon studio.
