Well this is it is that I think anxiety disorder is funny a condition that basically can make you think that there is going to be some kind of global disaster about nothing and then oddly when there is one I've been I've been quite pragmatic about it. the coronavirus is happening at the moment we don't know much and I'm kind of

of obsessed with the idea that you might be listening to this in 2021 or

2022 or maybe later than that and you, it sort of annoys me that you will know what happened, you know, because you could listen to this and then think,

oh my God, you were all overreacting because it ended a few weeks later and everything was fine.

Or you could be in 2025 and still being locked down and everything has changed and the world looks dramatically different and

I guess that's sort of the place I'm in at the moment is not knowing not having any idea how this is going to pan out and it could be who knows right who knows and I've heard

people say oh it'll be over in a few weeks I've heard people say it'll be over in a

few years and no one knows anything and all we can do is keep talking.

All we can do is keep communicating. I think, I don't know if it's tasteless to try and look at the positives in this because I mean there's

that almost seems disrespectful to the many many victims of this but I guess we need

some kind of positivity otherwise we would just succumb right to all of this weirdness and if there was any

positivity it would be that I think and I hope that we all come out on the other

side of this different and I believe will come out better. I think we will

start realizing the importance of community, the importance of not

importance of each other the importance of just

not being restricted and the importance of not feeling
