My friends, I would like to share with you today a very important, quick yet life-altering exercise

that you can do any place, any time, and it's something that the vast majority of people

never do. And think about it, do the vast majority of people create the life that they want?

If you ask, if you plucked sample size, you know, 500 different people from all over the

world, are they like, yep,

living my dream. This is it. This is everything that I wanted. My friends, it has to start with

us knowing what we want and what we care about. So one thing that you can do, and I really recommend sharing this, doing this,

doing this work and talking about it with people that you love, it's writing out your own

definition of success. Because in order to achieve it, to have it, to welcome it in, you have to name it. You have to think,

what is it that I really want? Because for some people it might be four kids, for some people

that might be doing great work with the church, for some people it might be writing 30 or 40 incredible fiction books.

For other people, it might be starting a business after another business, after another

business, because you love entrepreneurship. What if you took a moment, took a piece of paper,

took a pencil, and took just 20 minutes to write out

how you define success for your life? Like I said, most people never do this. This is why I love

self-coaching society so much because we ask this question a lot. What matters to me? How do I define success? Because

success might be the most subjective thing on the earth. And yet we think it's objective. We think

that it's money. We think that it's followers. We think that it's fame. We think that it's maybe this

traditional sense of what we've been taught to want, but my friends,

the huge danger in that, without ever questioning it, checking in with yourself, coming

home and doing this work for you, for your life, is that you can get dangerously close
