My favorite spiritual teacher, Byron Katie, says that a problem belongs on paper.

Right, so if it's in our head and it's swolling around, it feels big, it feels consuming,

it feels like how the heck do I get out of this,

and when we put it into words on paper not only is there some kind of immediate release

But we can actually understand what it is that we're dealing with what is going on inside of our brains and there's actually a law

it's called Kidlin's law K-I-D-L-I-N-S that said if you can write the problem down clearly then the matter is half solved.

What is your current problem?

Because when we can define it, we can separate it from ourselves,

put it on paper out of our brain, right, empty the contents of your brain,

we can see it and understand it so more clear,

so, so, so, oh my gosh, so much more clearly.

And we can therefore take some action, look at some solutions, look at some options.

I have to say writing things down and journaling, I arrived at this quite late.

I didn't do this until maybe the last two or three years.

And it is so useful. Right, when you dump it out, you write it out, first of all, you can only focus on the thing that you're

So if you write down a problem, you are with that problem for a few seconds, you separate it from you by putting it on paper, and then there's
