And so I learned without it.

And then since doing social media over the last four or five years, I've slowly devolved into using it all the time.

And I didn't notice it really until editing videos the past few months.

And it is nightmareish.

Oh, yeah.

I have to stop listening.

Like, with the podcast,

I used to listen the whole thing. I can't do it anymore.

No. Like whenever we mess up, I just tap, so I just look for the spike and the track or whatever.

But no, when you are on, when your voice is like on record, oh my God, I'm like, I said again.

Well, once you're aware of it, then you notice how often you're doing it.

Mm-hmm.

And I don't notice it on other people.

Generally, it's not something I'm listening for.
