So, you know, before we actually get these movies, you know what?

That's what Rob says at the lunch table after everyone goes to see the Matrix and everyone's

there. Wasn't that cool shootout fun? And then he's like, he's rubbing his temples as people make

the subtext text. Oh boy. Oh boy. Actually, though, before we get into these movies and our reaction

to them, having just rewatch them, I need to see some cards out on the table. How did we actually feel

about the Matrix sequels when they came out? Like, did you see both in the theaters?

Did you maybe see one in the theaters? I have a story that you guys heard last time we recorded,

by this new for everyone else. My fifth grade class went as a class trip to see the Matrix

reloaded all together. And we were all so hyped like we put money together and our teacher took us.

We were like incredibly excited. And then I didn't see revolutions.

I made a surprisingly similar value judgment of about the urgency with which I needed to see

that third movie after reloaded. You know, it just didn't ever seem like the right time.

You know, I didn't dislike reloaded. But I feel like I had a pretty good sense of what was to follow.
