I mean, I just have to say, the whole team here at Navarra Live have been

They don't come along every day of the week.

Akir Star has survived as Prime Minister for now.

It's been a tumultuous few days for the PM.

Over the weekend, his chief of staff, Morgan McSweeney, quit leaving Stama Ruddalous.

A day later, and Downing Street's communications head, Tim Allen,

who had previously worked for Blair a few decades ago, also quit too. At the same time,

Scotland's Labour leader, Anna Sawa, publicly called for Stama to step down. As a result,

Stama has found himself deeply isolated after it emerged last week that he appointed Peter Mandelson, the role of US ambassador, despite knowing about the disgraced peers' ongoing relationship

with Jeffrey Epstein, even after the billionaire's 2008 conviction on a child sex charge.

And last night, he met with MPs to try and convince them to let him hang on.

That appears to have been a success. According to the BBC, Stalmers was greeted with cheers as he entered the Westminster meeting of the parliamentary and Labour Party, the PLP.
