What's up Motivators? Taryn here. Today's podcast guest is Terran Richardson, who is a sports

0:06.5

dietitian. She is herself a recovering triathlete, as she has said in previous podcasts. And I find

0:14.2

her to be really excellent in understanding and communicating the nuance that goes along with diets.

As we'll talk about in this episode, you'll find that there's a lot of things that

0:26.0

were, you could probably hear the eye rolls happening between the two of us, that there

1:43.4

So we get into some of the broad topics

1:46.0

about the things that we should really start avoiding when we're thinking about,

1:50.7

all right, hey, it's 2023, a new year. Let's set some new goals. And what are the things to

1:55.8

really be careful of and understand that there is some nuance? Of course, because this isn't a 10-hour-long podcast,

2:03.8

we don't get into a lot of the details on exactly what you should be doing with a lot of these

2:09.1

issues, and that's kind of the point. This isn't a sponsored thing, and full disclosure,
