of persevere and move on so as to not harp on the rather depressing passing of time.

Yeah, so I didn't have an episode yesterday.

That's, I posted about it on my Instagram story.

I'm not gonna harp on it too much but Saturday

first of all Saturday I was a mess I was literally spiraling mentally so

aggressively all day long it was I was not in the right head space to to be sitting down

talking to you I really wish I had been it would have been a much much more fun way

to spend my Saturday and then Sunday I was gone all day with my family and sadly and very unexpectedly on Sunday night my dog was having some health issues so she had to go to the emergency vet hospital and it was I was not well the entire night so

That's when I was planning on finally recording and then obviously that didn't

happen. Yesterday I did record an entire episode and then my computer crashed and it all deleted. So I'm back again. I am here, I'm ready,

it's gonna be good, we're gonna have fun. This week's episode, we're talking about the worst main characters on TV if you're
