song has ever so perfectly encapsulated a month before. Do you know what I I mean like when I hear that song it feels like

August it's so it's so powerful in that sense and I think that's beautiful.

Anyways, coming at you a little late this morning

because I was feeling disgusting pretty much since Saturday afternoon and then I thought I'd be feeling better

yesterday on Sunday and I was feeling actually worse somehow so I didn't get around to recording the podcast until right now this very moment.

So thank you for bearing with me. But I am here. I made it it I'm feeling better thank God and let's I
