1:16.0	Recently in self coaching society I was coaching a lady who wants to take six months off her job and do some traveling and look that can feel really daunting right it's
1:25.6	change it's uncomfortable it's new nothing certain and so my advice to her was to
1:31.6	write out a worst case scenario.
1:34.0	Like we don't just write down, oh, the worst thing will be this,
1:36.9	and then we stop.
1:38.2	We keep saying, and then what?
1:40.6	And then what?
1:41.9	And then what? then what you keep writing and then what until you get to the
1:46.9	very bottom of the barrel what the heck nothing could be worse or beyond this.
1:53.0	And I'd love to let you know
1:56.0	that in 99% of cases where I've done this exercise with people,
2:02.0	once again I love it, I've done it with myself many times.
